Built in the early 19th century by the Patwa brothers, wealthy brocade and jewel traders, this cluster of five havelis is a masterclass in sandstone filigree.

Its jharokhas (overhanging balconies), mirror-work and painted interiors give a glimpse of merchant royalty.
