Long before Rawal Jaisal moved his court to Trikuta hill, Lodurva was the capital of the Bhati Rajputs. Little of the old city survives, but its Jain temples, dedicated to Parshvanath, are among the finest carving in the desert.

Look for the ornate torana gateway, the latticed sandstone screens and the stylised kalpavriksha, the wish-fulfilling tree, inside the sanctum.
