Jaisalmer War Museum

The Indian Army's tribute to the desert sector, with tanks, aircraft and two galleries.

Set up by the Indian Army on the Jodhpur road, the museum tells the story of the 1965 and 1971 wars in the Thar, including the Battle of Longewala.

Inside are the Indian Army Hall and the Longewala Hall, with a short film. Outside are captured tanks, artillery and a Hunter aircraft.
